Terms of use

These terms cover Easy Resume, the resume builder for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and Easy Resume Pro. Easy Resume is made by Brogan LLC (“Brogan”, “we” or “us”). By using Easy Resume, you agree to them.

Your licence

Easy Resume is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms add to it. Where the two disagree, the Standard EULA governs. Questions and support requests about Easy Resume go to us, not to Apple.

Who can use Easy Resume

Easy Resume is meant for people 13 and older. It isn't made for children under 13.

Easy Resume keeps your resumes in iCloud Drive, so you need an Apple Account signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive turned on for Easy Resume.

Easy Resume Pro

You can build a resume and export it with the Centurion template for free. Easy Resume Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, that lets you export with the Skyline and Harbor templates too. You can try any template in the preview before you subscribe.

The App Store shows the price in your country, including any tax, before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If an offer includes a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
• To manage or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings, and find Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Easy Resume Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Restore Purchase in Easy Resume brings Pro back on a new device signed in to the same Apple Account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If the price changes, Apple tells you before your next renewal and asks for your consent where the law requires it.

Your resumes

You own what you write in Easy Resume. We never receive your resumes. They're stored in your iCloud Drive, under Apple's terms.

You're responsible for what you put in a resume, including that it's accurate and that you have the right to use it. Keep your own copies of anything important, such as the PDFs you export.

Using Easy Resume

• Don't use Easy Resume to break the law, to deceive anyone, or to infringe anyone else's rights.
• Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell Easy Resume, except as the Standard EULA or the law allows.
• The templates are for making your own resumes. Don't extract or redistribute them.

Disclaimer

Easy Resume helps you write and lay out a resume. It doesn't guarantee an interview, a job or any other outcome, or how any employer, recruiter or applicant-tracking system will read your resume.

Easy Resume is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty that Easy Resume will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its results will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Brogan isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, use or goodwill, arising from your use of Easy Resume or your inability to use it, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim about Easy Resume is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Easy Resume Pro in the 12 months before the claim and US$50.

Some places don't allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Georgia, unless the law where you live lets you bring them where you live.

These terms and Brogan's

Brogan's terms and conditions cover all of our apps and the brogan.io website. These are the more specific terms for Easy Resume. If the two ever say different things about Easy Resume, these terms apply.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. If a change is material, we'll post it here at least 30 days before it takes effect and, where we can, tell you in the app. If you keep using Easy Resume after that, the new terms apply.
